Overview

An important part of the Banlaw FillSafe Zero system is the Pilot Line.

The key role of the Pilot Line is to provide a ‘signal’ link between the Flow Control Valve and the Level Sensor. The Pilot Line provides the back pressure signal that the Level Sensor has made contact with diesel. This signal causes the Flow Control Valve to close and prevent additional fuel from entering the tank.

The Banlaw FillSafe Zero system may incorporate either an External or Internal Pilot Line depending on the choice of Flow Control Valve used.
